Salary Expectation:
Paid per project (discussed at your online briefing/interview)
Task Payments:
- Level 1 Tasks: GHC 20 – GHC 500 per task
- Level 2 Tasks: GHC 200 – GHC 2,500 per task
- Level 3 Tasks: GHC 500 – GHC 4,000 per task
- Level 4 Tasks: GHC 800 – GHC 6,500 per task
- Level 5 Tasks: GHC 1,000 – GHC 10,000 per task
Job Description:
As a member of the Hasmia team, you’ll provide virtual teaching, academic counseling, and guidance services to students across Ghana.
Your role will include offering personalized advice to help students choose courses, explore career paths, and recommend educational tools and resources to enhance their academic success.
Additionally, you can recommend study materials, textbooks, software, or other relevant products and services that align with their learning needs.

You Should Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification Required & Experience:
We welcome SHS graduates with strong experience in teaching. Also, applicants with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related fields. For these, experience in teaching, lecturing, career counseling, or academic advising is preferred but not required. However, access to students is essential for success.
